Children & Young People Services Director
Born and bred in Bristol, Charlie has extensive experience working with children and young people, particularly in youth work and mentoring. Charlie is known for his innovative and creative approaches, which make him exceptional at engaging with young people and understanding the challenges they face in the community.
Misbah Fayaz
Program Coordinator
Misbah has over 10 years of experience working with children and young people across Birmingham and Bristol. As a youth advocate and program consultant, Misbah excels in strategic planning and creating opportunities for disadvantaged groups, particularly neurodivergent children, and girls.
Amuun Abdillahi
Operations Manager
With her extensive background in social care and robust business management, Amuun brings exceptional skills to the team. Working directly with children and communities, Her practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of the social care sector make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Adna Ismail
Family Support Lead
Adna brings a wealth of firsthand experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN), having an autistic son and neurodivergent family members. Her passion for SEN stems from her personal journey, as she delved deep into the world of SEN from when her children were young. Over the years, her dedication to learning and developing her knowledge in this field has only grown stronger.
